Since starting with PicTec in 1995, Tonya has provided scheduling services on over 100 projects. She specializes in working with the project team during the baseline schedule development and on site updating. She has been the key planner on a number of major projects, including the Duke Endowment Headquarters, several projects at UNC Charlotte and most recently the BB&T Ballpark. Prior to PicTec, Tonya worked for 6 years in Management and Marketing in Charlotte, NC.

PicTec is a project scheduling and consulting services firm established in 1991. Since its inception we have provided services on over $18 billion in construction costs to a wide range of clients including developers, architects, engineers and general and sub contractors. We provide services for a variety of project types including: construction, complex machinery installations, major technology installations, major events and resource allocation.
Our mission is to help our clients better manage their projects through the use of improved planning and communication tools. Our services and deliverables are personalized to meet the specific needs of each client.
Located just south of Charlotte, NC, PicTec has a five-person staff of professionals with state of the art equipment and project management software.

Brooke Lenon
Principal
Brooke has worked as a project planner since 1999 and with PicTec since 2012. She is responsible for schedule development and updating. She has been a key planner on several projects including the Bank of America Space Management Program and Camden Gallery Apartments. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree from Iowa State University. Her background also includes project management for office and retail construction including SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC.
Bob Piccalo

Bob worked for 22 years in General Contracting with experience ranging from Building Tradesman to Vice President of Operations. His resume includes management of over 40 projects giving him a working knowledge of all types of construction. In 1991, after seeing a need for specialized project management services, Bob founded PicTec. He is responsible for baseline schedule development and updating as well as project evaluation and recovery planning. Bob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Deressa Prater
Project Planner
Since joining PicTec, Deressa has been responsible for baseline development and schedule updating on various projects. She has become a key planner in several multi-phase apartment buildings and industrial projects. Deressa earned a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Pikeville and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Kentucky. Prior to PicTec, Deressa worked for 8 years as a Project Manager in General Contracting with a focus in HealthCare and Pharmaceutical Construction in Charlotte, NC.
